We would therefore, like to inform all our clients worldwide that they can return any merchandise that does not meet their expectations. This should however be done 30 days after the shipping of the affected merchandise. If you are not happy with your zipper, all you have to do is email us and inform us that you are returning the zippers. You should include the reference number of the order of you so wish; you can also include a copy of your packing slip that came with the merchandise.

However, there are a number of things that you need to know about the return of merchandise. Unless the item that you want to return was defective; the return postage will be paid by the buyer. You also need to know that for you to qualify for a refund, the merchandise should be unused and saleable. You will receive a refund that is equal to the price you purchased the item. Goods that are custom modified cannot be returned. These could be items such as zipper chains sold by the yard, shortened zippers as well as all other items that you can purchase through custom orders.
